ILO4 - Registering for Insight Remote Support Error

Hello,

in the Past I have Problems by Registering ILO4 to IRS on different Customer Sites.

(Up to ILO Fw 1.13, may be fixed in later Versions)

It seems that this are always ESXi Hosts (yes it is an HP ESX Image), never have a Windows Host that does not work.

Now I found a Solution:

Go to ILO > Information > Diagnostic > Reset

Then after ILO come back, Register to IRS worked on every Failed Host.

(Dont know why, but a Reset works better than a BIOS Update whitch also reboots the iLO)

May be it is Helpfull for some Guys.
