IRS 5.50 Std. - Reinstall - How to get rid of old data?

After a failed automatic update to IRS 5.50 we tried a clean re-installation by:
- running rauninstaller.exe
- running webes cleanup
- cleaning registry
- deleting c:\program files\postgres
- Removing Postgres ODBC
- deleting c:\program files\HP\CM
- reboot
- starting setup.exe from IRS 5.50

When the wizard starts up, we still find our old site and system data!
Where are the database files hidden?

Check in the C:\ for the webes backup directory. The Remote Support Cient Info is stored under ....\RemoteSupport\config\*.xml files. Hope this helps.

I just got information from HP that there is an general issue with IRS 5.50 and automatic updates.

Who is sucessfully using IRS 5.50?
