IRS 7.0.5.0193 - bl460c Gen8 ILO4- Remote Support - Registration - failed

Hi all!,

I have an issue with monitoring host (bl460c Gen8 ILO4:1.13) registration in IRS (using only AMS).

- monitoring host OS: ESXi5.1, hp-ams service is running.

- network comunication exist

- IRS is registered in HP Suport Center

- OA fortunately registered without any errors

message from ILO4->Remote Support->Registration:

"Remote Support Registration Error. HP Remote Support receiver temporarly unavailable. Please retry later.

(General receiver error)"

restart of IRS and IRS Event Receiver services not help (Windows 2008).

After IRS reinstallation I observe new issue, host device cannot register to HP Remote Support Center:

From XML log file looks that HP site discard request

 C:\ProgramData\HP\RS\DATA\INTEGRATION\adapters\HpAdapter\sessions\UCARegistrationError_MsgId[...]XML

Registration failed; Register: WebService error; The server sent HTTP status code 403: Forbidden

hi Everyone , 

I did find a solution for this query upon updating the time server details and saving the changes instead of 

dhcpv4 supplied time settings.
