IRS 7.0.9: Not all devices are shown in HP Insight Online

Dear Community,

 

we have recently connected our IRS 7.0.9 installation to Insight Online and are wondering why only three out of five available devices are shown in Insight Online. According to IRS, all devices are registered and no errors are shown:

 

 

In Insight Online however, only three devices are shown (in the account that is linked to IRS):

 

 

Do you have any idea what could cause devices not showing up in IRS?

Hi Michael,

 

Can you post an additional screen shot that identifies which devices of the 5 you can actually see?

thanks for your reply, the following devices are shown in Insight Online (note: I have removed the DNS Suffix of hana-prod as I already did on the screenshot from within IRS):

Hi Michael,

 

Nothing is obvious from the screen that you've posted from the portal.  I was hoping we might see a pattern

or something in which devices show up - but I don't see that.

 

I would suggest at this point that you might log a call with HP Support to get help troubleshooting your issue.
