IRS 7.08 - 1 Gen8 Blade Fails Server Basic Collection

Only one blade in the enclosure - they are all setup identically.  This is what I get for a status message.  I've deleted it, un registered, re-discoverd, re-registered etc...  Pulling what little hair I have left out ... TIA:
