IRS 7.8

HI Guru,

After I upgrade IRS 7.6 to IRS 7.8, the event trigger in IRS timestamp is UTC + 0 but my hosting device is set to KL UTC+8. and my monitor device is also set to KL UTC+0. Before upgrade the timestamp for triggered event is ok. What else to set in the IRS 7.8?
