Hello,
I have installed HP IRS an added my HP servers. One of DL580 G7 server couldnt find its warranty info, while ı can able to check its condition under HPe Server warranty control web page. and it shows under warranty until 2017. I can retrieve all other 10 DL80 Gen7 server information IRS but this is not be able on.
I have SAID number and updated for this host contract information manually on IRS but still it coulnt retrieve warranty.
