IRS local only incidents

Hello to all. We have some troubles with IRS. Our installation is IRS 7.7.0.58. We discovered few MSL6480 libraries.  Events from libraries are accepted correctly, but corresponded cases are not created in HPe. Case id is: "local only - not sent to HP". The screenshot is in attach (our installation in Russian language).  May be someone know how this problem can be fixed ?

"Local Only events" are not real H/W failures, so not sett to HPE and no case is logged. These could be related to media or connectivity issues, and cusotmer needs to take action to resolve this. You can log a case with IRS support if you need more clarification on this.

Do you have Command View TL discovered by same IRS?

Does this CV TL have this MSL discovered as well?

But yes, it's not real HW issue
