IRS v7.7.0.0049 stuck in Downloading Manifest checking for updates

Hi,

I have an installation of HPE IRS that has started to behave a bit.

When clicking on [Check for new update] in Administrator Settings / Software Updates it times out with timeout error.

I have tried restarting IRS and entire service with same result.

Is this a known issue with this version?

I believe this IS a known problem with this release under certain circumstances.  I will double check, but I am sure the team is working on a fix for this problem and we will have something in an upcoming release.

Any timeframe on when a new update will arrive?

When it arrives is it possible to manually run update? I guess the IRS gui will not tell me because it is stuck in "downloading manifest".
