ISEE Closed-incident appears in both open and closed incidents

Hi ISEE Eperts,

An ISEE Closed incident is seen in both the "open incidents" and "closed incidents".
Is this a normal behviour.
Isn't that should be removed from the open incidents as the case is closed and should only appear in the Closed incidents?

If it is not normal, can you help us to synchronize it?

Hello,
I guess that the incidents have the "Attention needed" flag still set in your "open incidents" but are already closed - is that correct? During that period they appear in open and closed incidents. If you open the user interface and click on the incident the attention needed flag will be cleared and that incident will be removed from the open incidetns section.
When an incident is in status closed, the attention needed flag is no more set and the incidents has a certain age a script will remove it.
