ISEE Contact Options email address

In the ISEE Contact Options screen, is there a way to have multiple EMail addresses defined to have events sent to ?

Hello Mike,
just can enter more than one email addess, just seperate them by a semicolon. NO spaces! Means: email1@company.com;email2@company.com

Mike,

I think it's best to setup a group mailbox, or .forward (depends on your mail application, i.e: sendmail, MS Exchange..), so when a mail is sent to this primary mailbox, it will be distributed to multiple secondary mailboxes.

Who is actually doing the sending of the email, the HPUX server or the SPOP ??

Also, is there a way to send a test email to ensure it is working correctly ??

You've asked:

The SPOP sends emails when:
1. The device is NOT polling (Polling status)
2. When a device is Unreachable (if UDN is setup).

All other emails (Assigned, Closed, Maps...) are sent from HP Backend.
