ISEE Entitlement Check

Hi,

Installed ISEE but entered the wrong System Handle. I have corrected the information now but can't get it to resend the information to HP.

I am worried that if I have a problem HP won't contact me as I entered the wrong system handle.

So, is there any way to manually send the info again. I thought you might be able to do it from the command line but I can't find it.

If you made the change in the ISEE GUI you should be all set.

You can try running:
/opt/hpservices/RemoteSupport/bin/iseeHello.sh

That is the initial incident script that is sent to HP with any new installation.
