ISEE INSTALLATION ON LINUX RH 4

HI,
I performed an "individual Standard Configuration client installation" of Isee simply running the install.sh script.
I have succesfully done the configuration step by web intrface http://:5060/start.html
as show in http://docs.hp.com/en/5990-8547/ch02s02.html.
Now I have these problems:
1)In the "welcome to hp instant support enterprise edition" web page I can't see information about "your computer" (it is blank).
2)Clicking on "detailed system information" link, I receive this message:
"ERROR

Diagnostic Failed to Complete

The process failed to complete. If you are being assisted by an HP Support Analyst, your problem will be reviewed."

In the incidents section I can see only "ISEE_Connectivity" and "Entitlement_Check".
the "New_Installation incident" is not present, so the installation is incomplete.

opt/hpservices/contrib/SysInfo/bin/setSysInfoCronEntry.sh was run.

Any suggestion to solve the problem?

Do you see any map crash in the mad.log?
And what is the h/w being used, number of processors and NICs?

Hi CAN,
I'm working on ah hp package cluster (2 x DL380 and 1 x mas500G2)

Each dl380 has 2x Xeon 3.60GHz,2x HP NC-Series Broadcom 10-100-1000.
Cause more then 20 pkg cluster to manage, the best way is using an ISEE installation model 3 with an OSEM server. In this way I don't need install isee clinet on all server and the problem about isee -individual Standard Configuration client installation- is superseded.

Stop Hpservices

Edit motprefs file



Edit or change Log_Level value to 5

KEEP_MAP_RESULTS=true (add this property under [GlobalSettings] )



Add the following at end of the motprefs file:

[Log]

classloader.logType=TIME

javascript.logType=TIME

api.logType=TIME

guide.logType=TIME



Save the motprefs file

Start hp services

Try sending manual iseeConnectivityTest incident

Then try to access ISEE client UI and try explore all the links.
Send me the mad.log file.
What is the ISEE client version?
