ISEE Install

Hi,

Considering I have never used swinstall before then I guess I am stuffed.

but I had a go, I put the .depot file in a directory and did an swinstall -s to the file but the install aborted and these were the reasons;

Hi,

Further to my last post if I do an swlist I can now see both versions of ISEE, is this correct?

I can still access ISEE which is using the old software.

Thanks for all your help guys, I have seen the error of my ways.

For some stupid reason I ftp the .depot file to the server in ASCII format. I did an swremove and transferred as binary and all was ok.

Doh. I will assign points accordingly.

I had to install the new version of ISEE but remember to transfer the .depot file in binary format.
