ISEE Migration and Remote Software Support Installation has hung
Hi,
We're in the process of trying to install HP Insight Remote Support before ISEE goes EOL. All was going well till it got the installing component 6 of the "Remote Software Support Installation" where it has hung. It's been like this for 72 hours now so time to review.
The following is the from the RSSWM_Install.log and the last line "Found match for: START DATA DOWNLOAD returning true." is just repeated till we cancelled the install after the weekend.
The attached screenshot shows where we're at. at. Any ideas?

If You are having problem downloading
Remote support components you mite want to try, The Local cache solution , take a look at the url
http://h20392.www2.hp.com/portal/swdepot/displayProductInfo.do?productNumber=RSSWMBASE
It is a ISO that you download and mount on your server and run a exe, And it will install all the IRS components.
Be careful if your installation have not completed the advice is to uninstall and use the iso.
