ISEE Motive
What prompts Motive to give the following message? Is it a time threshold that has passed or is the revision of the motive software being monitored? If so, how?

If the user doesn't type in the full URL, such as:
http://hostname:5060, he'll get that message.
The full URL should be:
http://hostname:5060/start.html
