ISEE+RCM

Hi Guys

I installed ISEE+RCM on a windows client but, I checked on HP website for client, and I don't see the RCM report for this machine. I try to installed IDOE for Windows, but i still don't see the RCM report on hp website. Anyone have any ideas about how RCM report is sended to HP and any thing else to can I check?.

Start / schedule the following batch:
C:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\ISEE\RemoteSupport\config\scheduledCollections.bat

Thanks a lot for your response. I already ran this .bat, but I still don't see the RCM report on HP Website. Anyone have any ideas about how RCM report is sended to HP and any thing else to can I check?.

I believe RCM collection is on eSMG. Where did you look on HP side?
