Folks,
I have a problem with one of my system handles and my system does not get certified by the ISEE master servers at HP. Email I got back is saying "contact your HP rep."
I want to try this with the serial number of the machine instead of the handle but no matter what I did, I can not make the server create a new case for entitlement of my system serial number instead of the system handle like the one it creates when you first install the ISEE client.
What do I need to do short of removing and reinstalling the ISEE client to accomplish this ?
TIA...

Solution
Hello,
if you changed the entitlement information and no automatic entitlement check is generated, you can use the entitlment script. The name an path depends on the OS but I think that for linux, HPUX and Tru64 it is /opt/hpservices/RemoteSupport/bin/iseeEntitlement and for windows it is C:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\ISEE\RemoteSupport\bin\iseeEntitlement.cmd (be sure to run this at the local console). This should generate an entitlement incident.
Regards
Frauke
