ISEE entitlement verified successfully, with the following suspicious message
I installed my second ISEE client today. However on the second installation, the entitlement verification returned:
"Entitlement verified successfully, but requisite service offer was not found."
What does requisite service offer refer to? Should I be concerned and if so how do I fix it?
George

Re: ISEE entitlement verified successfully, with the following suspicious message
George,
I suspect that the "requisite service offer was not found" means the entitlement process found no on-site repair offer in the customer's support agreement. Further, I suspect that this is an issue for the HP contract folks.
Yes, you should be concerned since without an on-site repair offer the customer is not entitled to ISEE support.
Let me know how it works out.
Take care,
frank

Re: ISEE entitlement verified successfully, with the following suspicious message
Thank You Frank,
It looks like you are correct. The Carepaq certificate number that was given to me, is a Service Level Agreement uplift to Silver support. But has not been fully registered or implemented yet. I will keep you informed how this is resolved.

Your student
