ISEE events not reported

We have ISEE installed on the management server (windows2003) connected to an EVA6000 SAN.

When we send test events, they work correctly and email the appropriate contact. But when genuine hardware problems occur, nothing is sent?

Is there some middle layer between ISEE and the hardware that's maybe not working right?

If you have an EVA you need to make sure that you have WEBES 4.5.1 installed as that is the transport application between the EVA to ISEE
