ISEE install on Sierra Cluster environment

We could succesfully install on the lead and non-lead nodes of a Sierra cluster. The lead node of each domain( which has external ip) is able to contact/Authorization the HP backend server but the non-lead nodes( which has no external ip) are not able to contact the server. The routing configuration are seem to be fine. Also from the non-lead nodes we can telnet/SSH to any of the machines outside the cluster.
