I have installed IRS at several customer sites which works fine, but on one site ISEE will not be installed. I removed old ISEE, webes and WCCproxy and installed it from scratch. When I then start webes it says ISEE not installed.
Are there any special web sites the server need to have access to, to be able to install ISEE?.

Solution
Hello,
I've seen several issues when doing a uninstall and install of new version.
What i've done each time is running the webes cleanup tool after uninstall.
It cleans up all files, registry etc of the tools, which makes the new installation work without any problems.

Re: ISEE not being installed
Hi,
I ran the cleanup utility, but that did not help. ISEE is still not installed.
