Initialize Remote support software Manager

Dear All,
I have a problem with software, Initialize Remote Support. When I try to install the software it shows me the Proxy problems.(Failed to connect to the HP support center.
Plase click back and verify your proxy settings.)
But my proxy is correct. Pleae find enclosed the logfile to check what happened.

Hi,
The detailed rules to configure and test the connetion to the HP backend is documented in
"HP Insigth Remote Support Advanced CMS Configuration and Usage Guide" and in "HP Insight Remote Support Advanced and Remote Device Access Security Overview for A.05.xx".
The criteria are also the same for IRS Standard.
