Insight RSA

Good afternoon,

The version of Insight RSA is A.05.60

When I try to register from Insight Manager from the option configuration options + remote support and services, I put all my data from my company I give it a click to submit updates and register, it takes a few minutes and gives me a yellow message that says:

Remote Support registration failed. There May be connectivity issues, or the datacenter May be offline right now. Please Refer to the log file and the documentation for more information.

Did you check your firewall?
