Insight Remote Proxy

With ISEE notificaton failing and reading all about the proxy headaches in here, I think my issue is also the proxy server. So I arranged to not use a proxy server. I can browse, use the remote software support manager and get to https://services.isee.hp.com/version
successfully without any proxy.

I cannot seem to chaneg the proxy in SEA. When I save the RSC page (after clearing the proxy settings) it fails, with a message about the proxy server I previously had.

How can I get rid of proxy setting from SEA?

from a DOS prompt

cd to C:\Program Files\HP\RemoteSupport\bin


Run the command configureProxy.cmd -R

This should remove all proxy information
