Insight Remote Support 7.0.8 and EVA 4400 & Eva 4000

Hi.

 

Have a physical machine with 6 Gb Ram W2008_64bits and installed 7.0.8 + IRS CV 10.3, everything works fine except that it recognizes neither the EVA4400 or EVA4000 everything else right.

Did you Install the ELMC on the CV Server?

Located here:

C:\ProgramData\HP\RS\DATA\ELMC

 

Did you add the CV Server in IRS and also add the CV Credentials?

 

Download the

HP Insight Remote Support Monitored Devices Configuration Guide 7.0.8

and see at Chapter 18
