Insight Remote Support 7.0.9 Update Experiences issues in isolated cases

 The Insight Remote Support team has seen some isolated cases where upgrades to I-RS 7.0.9 have failed. The recommendation is that customers backup their system before upgrading, and if there is a failure, do a fresh install and a restore from backup.  The backup and restore specific instructions are contained in the I-RS documentation.

 

The I-RS team continues to investigate this issue to determine root cause, and will provide updates as we encounter them.
