Installation Problem

Hi

I have a problem when installed isee,because i configure the agent but when I check in spop no show the new agents, the operative system is HPUX 11.23.

Hi,

Seems like this HPUX Server is unable to communicate with your SPOP. Is your SPOP in the same network with the HPUX?

Please include /opt/hpservices/etc/motprefs and /opt/hpservices/log/mad.log on your next reply.
