Installation Problems with HP RSA_5.5

Hello,
i have some Problems with installation of RSA_A5.5.
The Problem is, the Remote Support Configuration Collector Extension RSCCE install is faild.
Error Code 1622

This bug can happen. If you depend on the configuration collection you should open a HW Call at HP.

We had no problem to send service events to HP.

I was also able to configure EVA and P4300 data collections inside HP SIM.
The collection worked with out a problem.
I guess the installation procedure perhaps found something from an older installation.

How can i uninstall all modules from RemoteSupport?
Or do i have to uninstall all manualy?

You will find the official uninstall inside this document. http://www.hp.com/go/insightremoteadvanced-docs

If you had an installation of Remote Support or ISEE before on the system you should ask HP RSP/Tools support for advice.

You will find in the same documentation a list of components you need to uninstall before you install RSA if you had ISEE on the system.
But take care the name isee is still used inside file names for RSA RSclient.

After new install. Same Error.
