Re: LINUX version of CMS.
All of the released RSP versions are available with HP-SIM for Windows only at the moment. Refer to the latest version of the manual HP Service Esseintals Remote Support Pack, please.

Re: LINUX version of CMS.
sorry to assign you the points for the response you gave.
Yeah, i had gone through the SE-RSP CMS requirements sheet and could not get any further details about the LINUX version of CMS with RSP supported. As you mentioned, the present version of SE-RSP is supported on Windows version of CMS.
Is there any BR for the LINUX version of CMS wit RSP as plugin with associated software packages.
This would help me great.

Re: LINUX version of CMS.
I am looking for info. regarding installation and configuration of RSP A.05.00.33 or A.05.05.00 on SIM server with LINUX. If so which version of LINUX for SIM server and RSP plug in could be installed.

Re: LINUX version of CMS.
Linux servers can only be setup as Clients (or Managed Systems).
If configured, Linux sends incidents to CMS (which is a Windows Server that has SIM and RSP installed).
These are supported Linux managed systems:
ï · Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 (AMD64, EM64T, x86)
ï · Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 (AMD64, EM64T, x86)
ï · SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 9 (AMD64, EM64T, x86)
ï · SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10 (AMD64, EM64T, x86)
See http://docs.hp.com/en/5992-3686/5992-3686.pdf for more.
