Link on this page to IRSA training not working

Hi There
For some reason when clicking the link for the

"Insight Remote Support Standard installation demo"

At the bottom of this page I get prombted for server login information.

For the server ebcsdp.houston.hp.com.

So i get the error

You are not authorized to view this page

Can we get this fixed or an explanation why we can't access this ??
