No RSEC results available in the OOS datastore

Just got this message for two new servers while trying to get them entitled in RSP. This prevents me from entitling them. Anyone know what this message means? My guess is that HP's servers are down but I'd rather not have to wait x number of days for them to return if I'm incorrect.

I wasn't able to submit a test incident either. I tried restarting SIM, and it didn't work. I confirmed that nothing prevented the CMS from talking to https://services.isee.hp.com/ .

Finally before opening an ITRC ticket and wasting over a week on this, I tried rebooting the CMS, and what a surprise, now it DOES work. Man, that sucks.
