No getting isee alerts

Hi,

Yesterday one of our box hanged and down the console having the cpu and disk related errors but system dosen't sent the ISEE alert.

Now the system is ok, I have checked the test connectivity with

/opt/hpservices/RemoteSupport/bin>sh ISEEHeartBeat.sh

that is wokring fine but when i tried to send the test disk event it is not getting delivered.

Any idea.
