No part or spart part numbers on data collection?
I see it when a remote support call is placed, so where is it getting that info from?
Thanks.

Re: No part or spart part numbers on data collection?
I guess your running a current IRSA or IRSS installation. If you use Proliant some of the partnumbers are stored in the SNMP MIB of the monitored system Insight Agent.
I once checked the traffic between SIM with OSEM and Remote Support Client.
After the error trap OSEM was asking in the Proliant for aditional information. Since WEBES 6.0 we are no longer using OSEM. I didnt had the time to check if it is still done the same way.

Re: No part or spart part numbers on data collection?
We are using WEBES at this point as well.
Only thing not current is SIM (5.3 SP1) which I plan to update very soon.
