OSEM - Faulting application ISEECTL.exe

I'm getting several of these errors each day in the application event log, which also coincide with events in the RSM_log.x files from OSEM.

Any ideas?

I'm having this same problem. Brand new build and brand new SIM 5.2.2 install.

No progress as yet, HP support are still looking into it.

I wiped out and installed 5.3 fresh, dont' have this problem anymore. Have other problems, but not this one :)

I'm getting the same error on my system. Same version, 5.2.2. A 5.3 upgrade really isn't an option for me right now, especially a full wipe and reinstall. Anyone got any ideas? The error is exactly the same, same address and everything. DL380 G5, SMH ver. 2.1.5.210, PSP 8.15B.

I've been told by HP support this is a known issue and should be fixed by applying the RSP A.05.20 upgrade tool that was released a few weeks ago, available via RSSWM.

There's a manual setup.exe you need launch. See the PDF.

Unfortunately I'm now having trouble with the upgrade tool, so I don't know whether it works or not...
