Onboard Administrator collection and monitoring failed

Hi All,

 

I have configured onboard administrator on  IRS 7.3 standard edition using HTTPS protocol and registered device with insight online through SAID ID/standard warranty  now it is showing as failed in UI console although device status is enabled and I have discovered again to get collection sbut still error appeared so how to resolve this issue 

 

Any help would be appreciated .

I think it sounds like you need to raise a support case at HP to get some assistance with this problem.

It sounds like something isn't setup correctly, and the support folks will be able to assist you.
