Possibility to have multiple backup contacts?

Hi!

Is it possible to have multiple backup contacts? Of course I am able to create multiple contacts but if I try to assign all devices to a new contact as backup previous backup contact will loose all devices.

Is it some way to enable multiple backup contact.

Our companys support center is Default contact, customers support center is backup contact for all devices. But I want also to be backup contact for all devices. I want a email if somethings happened.

Anyone??

I don't think you can specify multiple backup contacts.

However - I know of customers that supply an email ALIAS for the contact email, that then sends email to all addresses listed in the alias.  Obviously this would require that you have the ability to setup such an email - this has been used by others that want multiple people notified if email goes out.
