ProLiant BL460c G6/G7/G8

I downloaded Insight Remote Support

"Insight Remote Support
7.8.0.0039"
 
...with hopes to upgrade our blades firmware remotely, however I cannot log into that program with Administrator group accounts.  Please help.

Hi, Insight Remote Support doesn't manage firmware versions, it's a tool that monitors for hardware failures among other things.   There are other tools provided by HPE that are there to manage firmware, perhaps search for HPE SUM?
