Problem installing Insight Remote Support Std

1>downloaded from HP web.
2>unzip the package on the server and clicked on "Setup.exe"
a window pops up:
"After installation, please click Next"
3>Okay, so I wait on and on and on...
It seems nothing is happening.
What's going on? Anybody please shed a light for me? This is a Windows 2003 server (configured as a Terminal server).

Are you installing IRS v5.30? I have never encountered this problem. you ca check the connectivity to HP first by browsing the following sites:

https://services.isee.hp.com/version/
and
https://rsswm.software.hp.com/proc/rps/stats


Also add the folllowing the Hosts file of the Windows server:
15.216.12.255 services.isee.hp.com
15.193.24.61 rsswm.software.hp.com
15.193.24.60 rsswm.policy.hp.com
192.151.53.110 catcher.sanmaster.com
127.0.0.1 cceiseappr01.cce.hp.com

SANJAY, it seems this server is not "clean" enough to install IRS. I have got the following error message:

An existing full CMS install was found. Unable to upgrade to an SA installation.

How do I manually clean it up? Any tools?
There must be some left-over but I don't see them on the "Add/remove" list.

seems i had IRS Advanced installed before but wasn't removed properly. Reinstalled the IRS Advanced.
