Problem to submit cases to HP

When we now try to send test event that should be sent to HP and then closed I can see in the logs that the cases is removed.
Attached is from the iseeclient.log.

In the last row I can see Fire and Forgetâ ¦It seems that the submission is removed.
How to get these submissions to go all the way to HP??
Is it some iseectl command???

Hi. Check in webes, does the event have the status "delivered to: isee"?
