Problem with Insight Control 6.2 Update 1 and Remote Support Client.
Hi!
I have noticed that Insight Control 6.2 Update 1 have a problem. Not to the products it updates but to the Insight Remote Support program
I thought that this was tested due to the fact that it has been a similar problem earlier with System Management Homepage and Remote Support Client.
It seems that has something with PHP to do.
As HP support did not believe me I have tested in my own LAB.
The problem is the new System Management Homepage 6.2.2.7. Update 1 install this and after a lot of information is gone under Remote Support Client part of Insight Control.
If you uninstall SMH 6.2.2.7 and install the earlier version 6.2.1.14 it works again.

Hi Micke,
I had the same problem, even if I had version of Insight Control 6.1 and IRSA 5.50. I followed your advice to uninstall SMH 6.2.2.7 and install the earlier version 6.2.1.14, and now everything works correctly.
