Questions about SNMP configuration in PSP 8.20/8.30/8.60

I have a customer who has asked some questions about how the SNMP service is configured to work on the HP PSP

1. Where will the PSP binary/script (which will actually send the SNMP trap message) look for the snmpd.conf file (to figure out the trap community and destination)? Is there any difference between PSP8.20/8.30/8.60?
2. Is there any log file which has the record about the trap message sent?
3. Could you confirm if PSP will ONLY send trap message upon hardware failure (but not other situations like server reboot, enclosure/server/iLo firmware upgrade)?
