RSP Registration fails

The Registration step in Report Support Software Manager initial setup is failing, log attached. Do we still have remote server issues? The isee-updates web page is accessible and appears normal?

Hi Ken,

Here is the error seen:
ERROR: Registration failed or did not succeed in the maximum time interval.
Please verify the proxy and firewall configuration that may exist.

Seems like the CMS is unable to communicate with isee-updates, this could be with Firewall/Proxy authentication. Also, if you have Web Filtering app (such as Websense), you'll need to set them up to allow traffic to and from your CMS.

Accessing isee-updates from a web browser only means outbound traffic is working, plus your Web Broswer proxy and RSSWM Proxy might not be the same, therefore, one might work and the others don't.
