RSP and SIM 5.3
Hello TEam,
i am facing a problem with SIM 5.3, i have download the IS DVD , i hav installed the SIM 5.3 but RSP is not installed , i got an error message, it seems that the DVD is curepted,
ok, in this case i have started the RSSWM from start programs, i am installing the full packages, i have two questions:
i have to install all of them ?
i can't see the RSP icon in the desktiop, wich copnents i'll install to see this icon in the desktop?

Hi,
You can also install RSP, when you select the "Remote Support Software Manager" component during the SIM installation. All the RSP components are directly being downloaded, which takes quiet qa while.
All "compulsory" packages must be installed. Further packages depend on the additional services and devices.

I complete Downloading the RSP compnmnets,
Now i can see the RSP in SIM menu,
but when i click on it i Got this :
Appliance Error (internal_error)
