RSP
Hi. I have reinstalled, again, the RSP component and have tested connectivity, registration and all seems okay... except there are no packages being displayed. It did work once weeks ago but since a reinstall it now has this issue. I have used the HPSIM package from the ICE 2.35 DVD. Any thoughts one what I am missing as this is really starting to tick me off.
The check for package updates failed due to the following error:
The command: "C:\Program Files\HP\SWMAgent\\runchannel.exe" https://isee-updates.americas.hp.com:443/Core/Custom/SubscriptionConfig was written to C:\Program Files\HP\SWMAgent\SWM\CLI\queue\1216601489522\request.txt but was not processed after 120000 miliseconds.

Re: RSP
David,
Try these:
1. Exit out of SWM
2. Stop/start SWMAgent from Services
3. Launch SWM, then Actions > Check for updates.
Be patient, this may take a long time to start up and download all packages.
Hope this helps,
