RSS - collection from EVA storage

hello, after instalation of remote support on my aplliance server, i try to get collection using UCADMIN. i use command:

ucadmin collect Storage_Configuration_Collection -name NAME_OF_EVA

==========================================


but now, server will return to me:
==========================================
CollectionID returned is:
==========================================

(no collection nane!!! why??)
and NO COLLECTION is done...

can you help me?
I have Windows server 2003, RSS 5.30, v0911, and i installed irs 100x before.. but this is my first time, when i have problem with collection ...
