RSSM Fails to initialize

Hallo, I installed on an new machine HSPIM 5.3 SP1 and RSP 5.3, when it comes to test the Connectivity to the HP Support Center I got a message Failed to connect to the HP support Center. In the C:\Program Files\HP\CM\Log\CM_GL_TESTPACKAGE_WIN_install.log I see an error rsswm.policy.hp.com:443 Error connecting configuration Server. The custoer say that the proxy values enttered are correct. Is there a way to test the connection to rsswm.policy.hp.com, rsswm.software.hp.com services.isee.hp.com/version does work it gave me 05.30.08.868 back. any idee about that.

To test the RSSWM connectivity use

https://rsswm.software.hp.com/proc/rps/stats
