RSSWM Initialization failure

I keep receiving a failure when I try to run Initialize Remote Support Software Manager.
I have opened the necessary ports as I am able to telnet with no issue, or at least I think I did. There are 3 sites we opened 443 for.

https://rsswm.software.hp.com/proc/rps/
https://services.isee.hp.com/version/index.html and https://rsswm.policy.hp.com

Once I try to connect, through RSSWM, it fails and gives me this error....

Failed to connect to the HP support center.
Please click "back" and verify your proxy settings.

I am not sure what else to do from here. We have tried everything.

I am able to click on swmui.hta and check connectivity which is successful.

How do I fix this issue???

PLEASE HELP!!!!
