Registration Status: Unknown

Hi all,

I'm often facing up to a strange IRS behaviour.

When I add a new machine it is immedaitely eligible and monitore because collection works fine but is stays stuck in a "Registration status: unknown" so I am not able to see itcorrectly entitled for the support.

Is there any way to understand what is happening and force the correct registration?
