Remote Support Configuration and Services Unable to communicate with HP Systems Insight Manager

Hi Guys

I have a problem with HP SIM and RSP, on section "Remote Support Configuration and Services" in any tab different to "Setting" and "Entitlement" I have the following error "Unable to communicate with HP Systems Insight Manager".

But on "Entiltlement" tab I have this error message "HTTP Error: CURL Extension, or OpenSSL extension w/ PHP version >= 4.3 is required for HTTPS". I try to correct this using the troubleshooting posting on this forum

But the problem still on. Anybody have any ideas to resolve this situation?

Thanks a lot for your help, finally I get the document and found is only to update the SMH Version as you said in your response. Whatever, I post the document is someone has this problem.
